Ashram Project: Creating a Crucible for Change in Human and Organizational Transformation
This 5-week course, plus on-line sessions, takes place over a 14 month period and is designed for leaders and consultants engaged in transforming organizations to create a world that benefits all. Participants step fully into their own transformation to shepherd organizational and global transformation by learning and applying a mixture of ancient and modern methodologies. Yogiraj Charles has dedicated his attention to unpacking Eastern and Western philosophy through study and direct experience. His approach to illuminating meaning-making, perennial wisdom, organizational development theory and systems thinking uniquely prepares participants to lead at the edge while becoming more personally fulfilled.
